On November 15 in Cannes, France on international exhibition MAPIC-2017 Immochan Russia team conducted a presentation of the Aquarelle Pushkino project for Russian retailers.
In his welcoming speech, the General Director of Immochan Russia, Thierry Leconte pointed out that the project is already fill on more than 75% of the retail area without considering the anchors, 60% of which already entered into contracts and described the impressive progress in the construction of the most innovative shopping and entertainment center in the Moscow region which opening is scheduled for IV quarter of 2018. The event hosted more than 30 retailers including M.video, Russian household appliance store, which recently joined the project. Development Director of M.video retail chain Valery Simanov said that the company will open a new modern store with total area of 1,600 sq m.
Exhibition participants and market experts noticed that Russian market is becoming more and more professional and technologically advanced creating high-quality, innovative and internationally recognized projects such as Aquarelle Pushkino.
Furthermore Immochan team represented by Commercial Director Alexey Ionov and Marketing Director Sofia Schukina attended a traditional event ‘Russian breakfast’, which was conducted in the brand new format studying detailed cases and elaborating the concept of the shopping center on the existing land plot in the format of the business game.
The special focus during the discussion was given to green & sustainable construction standards. Alexey Ionov underlined that Russian-based international developers are now actively integrating BREEAM green certification and shared Immochan experience in Togliatti where Aquarelle SC got the highest environmental certification score amongst newly-constructed properties in Russia.
